You must not:

  • Use the website in a fraudulent or unlawful way
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security
  • Upload harmful software or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications and pricing.

However:

  • Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
  • Packaging may occasionally differ from photographs.
  • Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
  • Product specifications may be updated by manufacturers.

Please read the individual product description carefully before purchasing.

If you need clarification about a product, contact us before placing your order.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

5. Prices

Product prices will be displayed on the website.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown separately before you complete your order.

We aim to ensure prices are accurate, but genuine pricing errors can occasionally occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

6. Placing an Order

To place an order:

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Add them to your basket.
  3. Review your basket.
  4. Enter your billing and delivery information.
  5. Select an available delivery option.
  6. Select an available payment method.
  7. Review your order before submitting it.

You are responsible for checking your order details before completing your purchase.

7. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order.

It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and TEMIVA will normally be formed when we accept and process your order in accordance with the checkout process.

We may decline an order where reasonably necessary, for example if:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment is unsuccessful
  • We cannot deliver to the address provided
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
  • There has been an obvious pricing or product information error

Where we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

8. Payment

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

9. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout where available.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, although we will try to help where reasonably possible.

For more information, please read our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

10. Delivery Delays

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe provided.

Occasionally delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as:

  • Courier disruption
  • Severe weather
  • Transport disruption
  • High seasonal demand
  • Events affecting supply chains

Where there is a significant delay, we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any delivery rights you have under UK law.

11. Cancelling an Order

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel eligible purchases within the statutory cancellation period.

For many distance purchases, this means you can notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Some products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

13. Faulty Goods

Products supplied to consumers must meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

This includes requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and matching the description provided.

If you receive a faulty product, contact us at:

Please include your order number and details of the problem.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
